Did you find that the communication of guidelines, expectations, for the participating artists were clearly communicated?

OSW marketing focuses on social media (Facebook and Instagram), Mailchimp emails and some radio spots . Do you feel OSW did an adequate job promoting the event and its artists.

Any suggestions for improving artist communications and OSW marketing?

A change in format is being discussed for fall 2021 that would involve multiple weekends. Each artist would be able to sign up for 1, 2, or 3 weekends but would not be required to participate in all 3. How likely would you to be to participate in this format?
