All advertisements are full color, full page ads have a bleed.

Only CMYK ads created in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop at 300 dpi resolution or higher will be accepted. Submit electronic files in JPEG, EPS or PDF file formats via email to amy@louisvillevisualart.org by September 16, 2019. Amy Chase can provide input on your ad design if needed. About Open Studio Weekend
Open Studio Weekend kicks-off 6p, Friday, Nov. 1 with a festive reception for juried exhibition of participating artists’ work at Cressman Center for the Arts. Show runs Nov. 1 – Dec. 14.

Over 100 accomplished Louisville artists open their studios Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 2 & Nov. 3, from 12-6p. A must-see ticketed event for art lovers of all ages.

Museum directors, curators, gallerists, and collectors always turn out for Open Studio Weekend (OSW).

OSW is promoted on local and regional broadcast media (Lexington, Indianapolis, Cincinnati), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), ArtXFM radio, and via LVA’s Artebella blog. LVA’s 9500+ email listserv reaches 50 states & 106 countries.

Proceeds from OSW benefit the Hite Art Institute’s Mary Spencer Nay Scholarship and Children’s Fine Art Classes at LVA.

The seventh Open Studio Weekend will generate thousands of visits to 100+ working art studios. In 2018, OSW drew visitors from Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Nashville and St. Louis.

OSW features artists working in blown glass, metal sculpture, painting, printmaking, and more. An innovative celebration of the creative process, OSW seeks to energize patronage across the region.

The Open Studio Weekend Directory highlights each artist and includes maps to aid route planning.
