Photography 1

Photography 1 is a course in which the student is introduced to basic camera function as well as digital techniques. Working knowledge of MACs, desktop computers and Photoshop is required. Students will produce photographs that reflect an understanding of digital processes emphasizing usage of art elements and principals of design. Major photographers, movements, and styles are studied. Students will also explore career opportunities in photography.
